Scripture of the Week

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God cares deeply about our future. Even when life feels uncertain or difficult, God’s plans for us are good — plans to give us hope, peace, and a meaningful future. It’s a promise that we’re not forgotten and that God is guiding our lives with love and purpose.

Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
Proverbs 3:5-6

Proverbs 3:5–6 encourages us to trust God completely. Instead of relying only on our own understanding, we’re invited to put our full faith in Him. When we do, God promises to guide our paths, giving us direction, clarity, and peace in our decisions.

Ecclesiastes 12:1
"While you’re young and full of energy, don’t forget about God. Build your life on Him now, before harder days come and you lose the joy and strength you have today."
Ecclesiastes 12:1

Ecclesiastes 12:1 calls us to remember and honor God while we’re still young. It’s an invitation to build our faith early in life — before worries, hardships, or age make it harder — so we can grow with God at the center of our lives from the very beginning.
